Return & Refund Policy

7-day returns

If a piece is not right for you, request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@qrubiss.com with your order reference and the reason for return. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges, where paid, are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.

Non-returnable items

Personalised pieces and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
